Terms and conditions

1.  It’s recommended to obtain necessary travel insurance prior to traveling on your own.
2.  Any unprecedented hike in govt. levied fees such as taxes, vat, fuel prices and toll way, entrance fee at Airport etc. shall be advised and charged accordingly at the time of booking.
3.  Please be informed that most of the hotels have a standard check-in and check-out schedules as follows, and are imposing a strict policy on early check-in and late check-out surcharge:
4.  Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs. We cannot guarantee for early check in.  It depends on Hotel’s discretion.
5.  Standard check-out time: 12:00 hrs. We cannot guarantee for late check out.  It depends on Hotel’s discretion.
6.  Flight Ticket Cancellation should be requested at least 48 hours before departure
7. Last minute Air Ticket Cancellation Might Attract the no-show charges which will be paid directly by client
8. Air ticket date change should be requested at least 48 hours before departure date any request received at last minute is subject to airline decision of no-show or other penalty charges.
9. Hotel Early check-in before 14:00 hrs. will be charged 1 night and should be booked in advance.
10. Late check-out until 18:00 hrs. is subject to room availability and will be charged 50% of the room rate. Late check-out beyond 18:00 hrs. is likewise subject to room availability and will be charged 1 night surcharge. However, each hotel’s policy is subject to change without prior notice.
11.  Connecting rooms, adjacent rooms are not guaranteed & subject to availability at the time of confirmation as per hotel’s discretion.
12.  Please take good note that upon check in, all hotels need credit card/cash for guarantee of incidental expenses
13.  Minor program changes are sometimes necessary, depending on road/sea conditions, room availability and circumstance at that time.
14. Child 12 years and over will be charged as adult.
15.  Any unutilized services will not be refunded
16. For refunds policy of all the services will be explained at the time of booking and will be send separately with the quotation for the approval of the client for acceptance for definite booking.

Optional arrangement for Sightseeing Cruises, Car Hire, Travel Insurance are available on request.

Please arrange all the required travel documents before departure. It is the responsibilities of the client to obtain and carry a valid passport and any other documents including visas and international certificates of vaccination etc.  For update information about visas, please contact to the related consulate.
